UJ CM employees, UJ CM retirees and pensioners are entitled to a subsidy for recreation (the so-called “wczasy pod gruszą”) at UJ CM.

Employees of UJ CM are obliged to submit applications for subsidized holidays in electronic form via the Information Portal (www.pi.uj.edu.pl). The only confirmation of a correctly submitted application is an e-mail sent by the system with information that the application for funding has been submitted.

If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact the Social Affairs Team. Retirees and pensioners of the Jagiellonian University Medical College are obliged to submit applications for subsidized holidays in a paper form.

The deadline for submitting applications for funding is September 15.
